Throughout Black History Month, Mr. Brown's 7th grade Social Studies students celebrated the accomplishments and contributions of African Americans by completing a research project. Students explored Black History through the lens of groundbreaking leaders and their direct impact on bringing equality for African Americans worldwide. As Black History Month comes to an end, we continue to remember those who paved the way for equality and celebrate those who carry on their legacies.
